Scent is the strongest and most evocative human sense. A beautiful fragrance can be a gateway to another world. Candles set the perfect stage for rest and relaxation, allowing you to create a serene and inviting ambiance for both yourself and your guests.

Our unique candle scents have been developed by us here in Melbourne. They are inspired by art, music, and nature. We use both natural essential oils and high quality fragrances.

  • Our candles are hand-poured in Melbourne using premium, 100% pure vegetable (soy) wax, which is a renewable resource.
  • We are super passionate about never using "soy blends" as these usually contain paraffin which is a petroleum / coal product. And who wants to be burning petrol in their living room?!
  • Our products are 100% vegan, never tested on animals and will always be paraben/phthalate free.
  • Our candles have natural cotton wicks and a high fragrance load, which means they smell gorgeous even when unlit and provide an exquisite sensory experience with every burn.

Caring for your candle

1. Burn Baby Burn

When lighting your candle for the first time, always burn for 2 to 3 hours or until the top layer of wax is completely liquified. This prevents "tunneling" around the wick and ensures you will get the most use out of your candle. We encourage the use of a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame and avoid ash contaminating the melted wax.

2. Keep It Trim

For optimal burning (and safety) always trim wicks to 5mm (¼ inch) before each lighting to avoid your candle smoking and overheating / blackening the glass. A wick trimmer can be very handy to have for this purpose. For a safe and uninterrupted candle experience, ensure that the candle wick is centred within the wax at the end of each burn.

3. Safety First

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Avoid exposure to drafts and direct sunlight. Never burn candles on or near anything flammable. Always place on a stable, level and heat resistant surface. Handle with care as container and wax may become hot. 

4. Reuse & Recycle!

When 5–10mm of wax is left in your candle jar, it’s time to discontinue use and upcycle the glass. Quick tip: Place the candle jar in the freezer and allow the remaining wax to harden for a few hours. The cold temperature will cause the wax to shrink and you should be able to pop the leftover wax out easily.
